Answer: Here you will find all the information to the position of the house.

Question: Why do I have to provide my personal details for the rent?
Answer: Because the house is in a closed condominium, visitors must identify themselves.

Question: What is the maximum number of people in the house?
Answer: The house has a suite for 2 people and two rooms with beds for 2 people (1x 2 single beds and 1x double bed). There is a sofa bed for 2 people and 2 additional mattresses.

Question: Do I have to bring my own bedding and bath towels?
Answer: No, these are included in the rental price.

Question: Is the house suitable for parties?
Answer: No, because the neighborhood is very quiet, you are welcome to celebrate small celebrations. Big parties are not recommended.

Question: Are there beaches near the house?
Answer: Yes, the closest beach is about 650 Meters away. The more famous beaches are between 3 and 6 kilometers away.

Question: How big is the distance to the center?
Answer: The distance is 2 , 5 kilometers.

Question: Is the barbecue area private?
Answer: Yes, the barbecue area belongs to the house and is private.

Question: Does the house have a pool?
Answer: Yes, there is a pool with a deck and an illumination.
